Hi, I'm new to this tribe and to Final Fantasy at large. I had never really been into FF but a couple of months ago on a whim I bought FFX. I'm around 35 hours into it and I'm hooked, so much so that I went ahead and bought X2 so I can start on it immediately after I'm finished.
I'm also playing through FF 1&2: Dawn of Souls on the GBA and am having a blast with it at work.
Nice to be here!

Fri, September 15, 2006 - 2:59 PMWelcome..
Just don't start FFXI online.
Being playing for 2yrs now and the only thing that keeps
me playing is the wifie.
As far as games go, You will find FFX2 fun..
just a hint.. you can beat the game without any problems with the "Dark Knight" Job if you take your time and max it out for the 3 char.
Anywho..
Welcome once again. -

Re: Hi, I'm new!
Tue, September 19, 2006 - 11:14 PMWell you don't want to confuse him any more.
Dawn of Souls you have which is a very good start. Final Fantasy IX is a pretty good starter as well.
the reason I said not to confuse him anymore is because Final Fantasy 3 has yet to come out in the states until November for the DS.
Final Fantasy Collection has Final Fantasy V and VI (Final Fantasy 3 for SNES is actually Final Fantasy VI and it has a really good story to it)
I have been playing the Final Fantasy Series for a very very long time. Think since Highschool. Have beaten FF 1,5,6,7,8,9,10. Getting FF XII in Oct and will get FF 3 in Nov.

I can't wait to get my hands on the Fabula Nova Crystallis: Final Fantasy XIII games.
This will include:
