One of my friends showed me a message board thread where they talked about the proposed storyline for FFXIII would actually be TWO games: one being the regular game and one being an alternate-reality version. Has anyone heard anything about this?

One stars the female lead "Lightning" we've seen in the trailer, and one has a emo-looking prince as the lead. It's been said that one is still turn based, one is more action oriented and one is actually a mobile phone release.
